Our school dress and presentation requirements promote a positive image of our school and create a sense of identity among students; promoting safety of students through easy identification; keeping costs of clothing within reasonable limits for parents; and assisting students to learn the importance of appropriate presentation.
If students do not purchase a uniform jumper/shirt, the uniform code requires that non-uniform jumpers/shirts be maroon without prints or logos.
We want our students to be sun smart. In Term One and Term Four we have a strict ‘No hat No play” policy. Students are required to wear the school hat.
Year 6 students can wear their graduation shirts on all occasions other than any event identified by the Principal.
Excessive jewellery is not to be worn at school this includes dangling earrings, necklaces or any item of that nature.
Earrings are restricted to studs and sleepers.
Hair below the shoulders must be tied up neatly, make up is not to be worn at any time.
Students who do not comply with the dress code may not be eligible to represent the school during excursions or sporting events. They may also not be eligible to represent the school as a Student Councillor or Faction Captain.
All articles of clothing should be clearly named.
A lost property box is located on the verandah between the School Office and Room 1.
“Uniforms with students’ names on them make it easy to return to students quickly. A lost property box is located at the school, please see the front office”
